Head of HR, ASEAN
Our client is a leading solutions provider to the life-science, diagnostics and industrial markets.
Job Function
Be the senior HR contact (internal and external) for the group on all matters pertaining to HR, including but not limited to Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Development, Business Partnering and Learning & Development.
Be a strategic partner to and work closely with the Executive Management team and to the organization at large. Promote employee engagement, motivation, and development of a strong company team culture. Manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures in Singapore and across the region.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Possess a Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 10-15 years of experience in progressive leadership HR roles – MedTech experience preferred, but not a must
Proven track record of delivering high performance across geographies and cultures.
Ability to work with cross functional leaders at operational level, as well as being a strategic
partner to local and regional leaders.
Operational and strategic decision-making ability.

Gathers and analyses internal and external data, evidence-based research, benchmarks, and
business metrics to make critical HR decisions.
Provides guidance and input on organizational structure, workforce planning and succession
planning. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs within the organization.
Maintains current knowledge of related compliance and legal rules and regulations, fulfils
compliance and reporting requirement.

Job Description
Talent Management / Performance Management
Play a leading role in key HR processes including talent management and review, compensation, performance management, talent development for the Group of Companies
Design salary framework, review and improve current total rewards policies and procedures, oversee salary benchmarking exercise, job design and job evaluation analysis
Advise business leaders to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits solutions that fully align with functions/business goals
Participate and be a key contributor at management discussions and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning and budgeting processes
Lead, manage, and implement the full cycle of performance management and remuneration review exercises
Analyse and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive compensation programmes
Ensure effective communication of total rewards philosophy and practices with internal stakeholders at all levels
Support any potential HR diligence and integration initiatives as part of continual and progressive growth plans
Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance and training and development including the analysis of performance gaps and identify learning needs

Requirements
Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant HR experience
Good experience in managing company’s performance management and compensation
An excellent communicator with a vibrant personality and has passion for employee
engagement
Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Good executor with proven track-records, analytical, resourceful and meticulous
Proficient in MS Office (compulsory: Excel and PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and
regulations
Knowledge in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand employment law/ payroll is advantageous
Experience in leading a team

Product Manager, ASEAN
Our client is a European pharmaceutical and derma-cosmetics MNC .
You will be the leader and expert for ASEAN & SOUTH ASIA region and responsible for regional product strategies, forecast, budget and marketing campaign development (offline and online including Ecommerce). You will deliver recommendations and support our local distributor, guiding their local teams according to headquarter and brands strategies.

Job Description
In close collaboration with finance, sales and digital peers, you will:
Participate in the development of a local marketing strategy
Adapt consumer/health professional profiles targeted by the brand/franchise/product line to the local market and define their journeys and transform them into a local marketing plan to develop sales
Take responsibility for implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan in your area and monitor its application in relation to field teams
Ensure correct adoption of the brand/franchise image and values locally
Contribute to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs
Contribute to develop Digital / Ecommerce strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate and ensure a good return on investment

· Analyse products launches and ecommerce campaigns and measure return on investment to implement corrective actions and new orientations if necessary.Development of marketing tools (E- Merchandising, E-Commerce, Social content) to generate more harmonisation of our brand image and on a regional level to create synergies, by ensuring they are in line with the brands’ standards and regulatory constraints · Organise and participate in communication events such as live streaming or media/ KOL events when necessary.
Category management
Support in the adaptation of HQ business and products strategies for Local context to achieve business KPIS and communication of new marketing launches, materials, and best practices to local partners to support them in launch preparation
Definition of the assortment per country with pricing strategy and recommendation for all new product launches
Competitor monitoring and deep market analysis to provide insights regarding potential business area (analysis of local sales report, Nielsen report...)
Collaborate with Finance and Logistic teams for novelty forecasts and supervision of the whole forecast process for assigned markets by making sure they are in line with the marketing plan and budget objectives (analysis in value and units on monthly basis).
Responsible for budget and follow-up of retail products & samples orders with Finance team in order to provide adjustments with local partners
Follow up on product codes changes as well as formulas, packaging and updates of order forms in partnership with internal Regulatory team by ensuring products registration are implemented on due time according to the marketing plan
Provide on monthly basis a business/marketing recap of brand performance / promotion activities with qualitative and quantitative summary, trends, competitor's activities after communication with the distributor, and participate in the preparation of all reporting
Regular product marketing and category insights meeting with corporate to support innovation strategies
Requirements
